In addition, he can deal with things other than draw during the draw phase, he can shoot after seeing the search effect, and since he is a Counter Trap with a spell speed of 3, he is a Drastic Drop Off that cannot be chained to Quick-Play Spells. Also, I don't feel the need to adopt this card.

It's a card that can definitely steal one card, but Counter Trap's 《Drastic Drop Off》that supports search also exists.
Normal draws always occur, so they won't go bad, but it's more effective to eliminate costly search cards.
Since this is a Normal Trap, it is possible to search with 《Trap Trick》to crush the draw, or chain and use other cards.
